Carved by the renowned Fran J. Dobbins (1912-1990) from Jonesport Maine. Original paint intact with no apparent touch ups. Clear makers mark. The presence of an original, intact anchor loop is greatly desirable for collectors as it's an authentic functional element and speaks to the decoys condition when the original anchor is in place and in good condition.
